Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at kostheticbusiness@gmail.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or store credit will be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as production begins immediately. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update any information, please contact us as soon as possible at kostheticbusiness@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Issues

Kosthetic LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

5. Payment & Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve any issues.
